Ah, yeah... I forgot about memory. Didn't even realize DDR4 was mainstream. I guess more of a reason to hold back on upgrading, and do a simple swap of GPU or MB... depending on whats out there.

DVI to HDMI cable. Depending on the motherboard, it may or may not output sound through the DVI port. But make sure you get the 24+1 pin DVI connection either way as there is a minimal cost...

Don't forget if you upgrade to this you will also need DDR4 memory. If you are not gaming you could pick up another GPU pretty cheap that would keep your current system going.
