It holds up pretty well. You may want to sharpen the pouring spout into a point for better penetration. Otherwise, you're just slowing the zombies down instead of stopping them.

It’s four dollars. It is cast iron. It is not a scalpel. One might suggest that ergonomic or heat transfer critiques be left for things more expensive than a baconator. Good deal.

There are silicone handle covers you can buy specifically designed for cast iron pans. They work quite well.
