It does matter if the Xbox doesn't have a USB 3.1 port. From what I've seen in the past those USB C external drives require a USB C cable to power them, no USB C to A cables

T5 is clearly better but it just got released. It will be hard to find a 1TB T5 at this price anytime soon. Even a 1TB T3 is hardly at this price. And this is also a usb c 3.1 gen 2

They have Type c to type A cables. So instead of mini/micro usb to A, you use the new cable end. Future proof. Just like Samsung T3/t5. So definitely nice.

How in the world would this NOT be shuckable? Sure, the case and SATA to USB-C adapter might be destroyed in the process. They don't make USB C only hdds I'm pretty sure.
