So far all the 4k + 3D movies that I see are from France does this mean they are region locked!? What are some of the good 4K + 3D combos? I don't see one for Ghost in the Shell.

Must have written it incorrectly if that's how it reads. The only version of those I'm aware of that can't be played in the US in the French Resident Evil set.

If I understand your post, it is region B so the movies can only be played in the countries you mentioned so I shouldn't buy them to play in the US unless I purchase a region free player. Thanks.
