Just turn off the "supersharp...", it's advised everywhere to not use the "sharp" feature on the 43" monitor for computer. Those are meant for TV use.

fyi, i can alleviate the pixel edging thing by using an "overscan" feature It actually takes a little more pixels than I would desire.

I own this monitor and it works fine over DP with a GTX 1080, no idea why that person was having issues with a 1060. I paid MSRP for it when it came out and it's a steal at $525.
