I chatted today and they just said takes up to 14 days to ship from time of purchase, even though they say in stock ready to ship.. today is day 14. So I’m not sure what the truth is.

So, I chatted with a rep who said my shipping estimate is Dec 20th. This is perplexing as the status is currently "in stock, ready to ship". But, it's not cancelled so I guess that is good.
