Figured out the problem. The issue was with the sub. IT passed the buzz test and the lights came on, so it must be internal to the sub. Oh well, I upgraded.....2" bigger sub! Whoo hoo!!

Ok, soorrry -- I'm computer based surround and not home TV AV. I did find when I had issues with mine that I had to not check all the components in the settings -- check off subwoofer, but nothing...

Program? This is a TV AV receiver. So the settings were viewed through the internal settings of the receiver's home screen.

What program are you using to look at your settings? Realteck Audio Manger, or ? This is computer based and goes thru a program for settings, right?

Check and see if the sub is on, specifically not set to auto. Frequently they don't get enough signal to turn on automatically.
