I use this mouse everyday at work. It solved all my carpal tunnel pain! The scroll wheel on mine is going out just like someone else had mentioned though. But I've had it for over 2 years.

I got this for an RSI because many reviews suggested it would help. It did not, in fact it made it worse. Buyer beware, may not work for all with RSI.
