Like someone else mentioned, it could be your wifi is not strong enough for the camera to work properly. I'd recommend moving your camera closer to your wireless router and see if that works.

Had a similar issue. I moved my WiFi closer to the camera and that fixed the issue for me. I have an older house so the signal has trouble getting through all the walls. Could be similar to yours.

In for one. I already have the Skybell HD, but for this price I may turn off motion alerts on the skybell and use it only for delivery alerts and use the Nest for motion tracking and security.
