I just tested. Ordered online w/ gift receipt, yet refunded w/ another Kohl's cash when returning w/ gift receipt. So, no use for online order. I'm going to try making in-store purchase.

You can use expired KC till 10 days after they expire -IN STORE only. This is per their recording when you call KOHLS 1-855-564-5705. This will give little extra time.I wish this help.
