I got this from best buy. Its giving eta for full charge from 20% to 100% in 2h 33min. Wired one giving 1h 13mins. Is this expected or something wrong with my wireless pad. Please suggest

Because iPhone 7 does not support wireless charging. It's not that this charger doesn't work with the iPhone 7, it's that the iPhone 7 doesn't work with this charger.
