These packs max out at 2A 5V. I have another pack that will do 3-24V at 3A... costs more though. There's a few option for you. IMO laptop battery are very little use these days, they don't carry...

That is the problem with all of these rechargeable packs, most of them use standard sized batteries because they are cheaper (you don't have to special order) and they already have the charging...

If it is the same as the one we have, it's charging rate is pretty low that if you are using your phone while charging the battery level will just keep dropping, instead of increasing.

this has no chance of 24000 mAh, i highly doubt they use 3000 mAh cells. Charging time can't be look at by simply dividing the numbers, the charge moves in a curve, if this thing is max at 1A 5V...
