That may be your router issue or laptop issue. Please check. Otherwise best printer ever except the size. No WiFi issue at all. 3 iPhones, 2 iPads, 3 laptops all connected all time.

I bought this thing last time and it's absolutely humongous. Works well with cheap ink cartridges on Amazon though and duplex is useful. Be very mindful of how much free space you have though.
