UPDATE of ownership of this cooler.
The fans:
1 fan was broken..( well, one of the blades were sticking out and broke off )
Other fan was off balance -vibrated.

The one thing i do not like are the fans. For some reason they make funny noises when spinning up. I have changed both fans for Antec fans.

Delidded 8700k oc'd to 5.2ghz stays at 73 degrees under stress test, upto 79 if I don't let the fans spike and stay quiet. Happy with this.

Well, there IS a void if removed sticker on the radiator .. and looking closely, there is a + .. I think it is a screw you can undo. IF you wanted to get brave.
