It was a refurb. So I didn’t make an issue. It still works. But it doesn’t have that wow factor when I 1st got it. I deal with it. But if this has a better warranty. Get it.

Buy now. I have 2 after 4 years still suck like a sucker. Every 3 month i open clean and wash everything, very easy to do , take me 15 minutes for 2 of them, let them dry until next day

You can tell the whole unit is not new, the clear plastic had very minor yellowing in one spot on the actual suction portion but the cord was definitely new and the cleaner as a whole was in great...
