They would only work if they are soft, one with plastic beads adapt to your sleeping posture and are much comfortable. These will cause pain instead!

Have the same experience, very hard around the neck, I felt much comfortable without them. It instead caused pain around my neck when I wore them.

I will not irecommend them. Have one from the earlier deal. Recent used it in couple of flights. These are not comfortable at all. Very hard.
