I actually purchased the sander/drill combo from Walmart about two weeks ago , and can verify the combo kit only contains a single battery . Still a decent deal for the combo set .

Black and Decker matrix drill does both. Get the matrix and then get the oscillating tool attachment and also the inflator attachment. Not as convenient as dedicated tools but I have both and I love...
