Metro start - yes. Metro browser - no. Windows 10 is Microsoft Edge territory, the "metro browser" was an optional IE 10 version, which could only be run on Windows 8.​

Windows 10 tablet mode.... It's a far better experience than anything Windows 8 has to offer and fully restores what you're referring to as metro start menu and metro web browser.

If this were Windows 8, and had the Metro browser, it might be viable. With Windows 10 and the Metro browser gone? Fuhgettaboutit. I have an old Dell V8P, with these approximate specs. Works...

Nevermind, this Insignia can't reverse and doesn't have an AC power port... but it looks like the USB is on the tablet itself (USB power), but the pictures for the Insignia shows 2 extra USB's in the...
