I called and tweeted to them and got shot down. They said they had nothing they could substitute :( On the tweet it's been 1.5 days and no reply, but the call was shot down just to clarify

Just called them, they weren't able to substitute the Columbia jacket for me, they offered 2 Cabela brand jackets that looked horrible.
