Lets be honest here. Their popularity stems primarily from the contrast in cost and value. For $1 you get a terrible (and small) picture. Kids buying this grew up with parents who sifted through...

Same here, right under the product name on the page (even on Smile). I added another pack of the photos to the cart but the coupon only applied to the camera. At least it saved me a little over $6

Depending on price fluctuations you can get closer to 55-60 cents per photo with these. Amazon right now at their worst prices average about $0.75/ea. Still pricey but considering that they're wallet...
