Imo, you shouldn't be in SD cards any more, everything should be cloud based. Burglars are smart people, they can easily grab the camera and take it and there's all your video gone.

My best buy had this in store for $139. Didn't have to be reward zone member. Also Chase will give 10% cash back from Best buy if you use Chase pay currently! (Must be in store to use Chase pay)

I have 3 nest cams and two foscams. I like the nest cams for night vision and easily seeing and hearing what's going on in our kids room, play area or living room. The foscams are used for front and...

You can still get the RTSP feed, but Blue Iris won't display the image from it. I think this was either a recent change due to BI firmware, so something on the Nest back end. My TPLink outdoor...

Thanks SamS, So no rtsp feed at all? Sounds like at that price point you maybe better off with a non-locked down IP cam. Many Blue Iris users at ipcamtalk really like this indoor cam once...

Thanks for the breakdown! I may add a wyzecam for a camera around the house too, in addition to the Nest Cam in the nursery.

Thanks for this! So the hardest part is just connecting it to the wifi when traveling? Would be handy when we visit in-laws.

I have both. The Nest is more full featured, has (at least for now) better video, a web application as well as a phone app. Wyzecam is fun, easy to set up but Nest is much "smarter" and mature. ...
