This is why I don't send rebates certified. For one, it's costly. Two, a good rebate company will let you resubmit. And certified or not, a bad rebate company can make up stuff such as missing UPC....

Maryland tax 6% which means after cash back still paying 2% . I stand by what I say , only do this if you actually want the thing they are giving free after rebate.
