I got one of these grips a few months ago and it felt better than the included one IMO. I ended up removing the center portion from the entire grip and keeping it for when I play OTG.

bought a switch for xmas with botw, loving the system. purchased the hori stand which is perfect at Target (cheaper than amazon). personally i prefer the joy cons in my hand, super comfortable...

These power a ones are slightly larger, but much cheaper than the original Nintendo grip that comes with the system (or the charging grip which is also by Nintendo).I bought one of these power a ones...

I got this same grip and it's a little shorter than the official Nintendo one. I think it's less comfortable than the original. The rubber grip is nice though.
