Anyone have Uber balance go down? I applied $50 Uber balance a couple weeks ago. Today I open the app and the balance is only $48. Uber helped themselves to $2 on my account!!! Dirty bastards!

Last night my girlfriend and I checked uber from oakland international airport to emeryville. Showed as ~$21 for her and ~$30 for me for 1 person uberPOOL, and I had a gift card balance of ~$28....

I actually tested this. Uber charges about a dollar more if you have a gift card balance. Had a friend load up the same trip while next to me and it showed as a dollar cheaper for every option

I haven't had an issue with them. You get 2x fuel points still. Actually I have had an issue, and that is they should also honor the 4x offers in store through that site but it seems like they don't.

Yeah, I find that baffling...Google cannot (or will not) figure out how to allow partial GC payment. Lesser companies do this all of the time.

I am in NY. I have $200 in uber credits left, but never use them. When doing side by side comparison with friends and family, 100% of the time, my rates are 20-40% higher.
