Rainbow Six was very "episodic", which may be the nature of those kinds of operations, but creates a disjointed feel in the book. Maybe it should have been broken up into a series of short stories...

This is a great book, but I do advise quickly skimming through all of the technical descriptions, unless you are really into that stuff. It really added a ton of pages that were unnecessary.
