You have to play multi and have online access to advance parts of the story. That's what irritates me about the game. Just charge us for the game, but stop bleeding us dry already.

Nah, I just beat the base-game campaign a few weeks back in single player for the first time (got the PS4 disc for like $3 on ebay). You can just power through the story missions one after another...

Not for single player. It'll be underwhelming as a solo experience. It is better than 2,but playing with others (pve & pvp) makes the game a lot more fun.

To those that are jumping on this deal be warned that the DLC codes are expired. The paper has a September 2018 date but when calling to complain to Microsoft they will tell you that they expired...
