Overnight Sous vide it and a quick fry on one side and you’re set. Minimal shrinkage for me.

I got 4 packs of this stuff and used some today . It cooks up to almost nothing - for a couple of dollars a pound its ok but it isnt like the Kirkland stuff we usually eat. Lesson learned

precooked is gross? i cook bacon in the oven then refrigerate, it lasts about 2~3 days before its gone and its still quite delicious. btw, raw pork belly is 2.60 here in nyc. I can't fathom ready...

Nah, the Kirkland pre-cooked from Costco is awesome. Way better than the shelf stable ones this has to be kept cold. Pop it in the toaster oven at 450 for one minute (but including the preheat...
