Sorry for the late response. I was out of the country. I did a search on the Target app (iPhone) while I was in the store and it showed the in store price was $44.98, but it rang up and $74.98. So...

If you checked earlier in the week and it was still priced over $100, check back now. I checked one of the stores on Tuesday night in my area that brickseek said was 44.98 and it still rang up...
