Make sure to check your online offers, too. I was offered 60 Mbps for $50/mo. from retention. I had 100 Mbps for $40/mo. before it went back to $80/mo. My online offers include 150 Mbps for $60/mo....

spoke with retention and was able to keep my 150 at $55 a month
they did offer 1gigabit at $70 for 24 month contract. but required a $60 technician visit and i would need to buy a new modem
