if it's the 850W one, I'd expect it to last 2-3 years with that sort of use & decent ambient temps (assuming it hasn't been beaten up too much before..)

My seasonic focus power supply has a turbo fan mode. Or whatever the hell it's called. Will this be sufficient if I'm running at 100% load 24/7?

You don't "need" a 1000W PSU, but I would recommend one for such as system mainly to leave headroom for longevity & efficiency
