did you read the pdf that was posted? it says "This offer is valid for purchases on or between January 20, 2018, and January 26, 2018". i think it's still good for another day.

Not quite. PSU's all have an efficiency curve. Typically the sweet spot is around 50% of the PSU's maximum capacity.

You'll upgrade eventually in some way or another, even if it's a completely new build. This PSU will probably last until then and well longer. Any seasonic PSU is better than corsair's CX line...
