Sorta off a bit. I usually wear clogs for my 12 hour shifts. Sanita or dansko. My feet and back never hurt after. Definitely not as stylish, but then again, no pain.

I'm done with Ecco shoes. I don't wear mine very much and multiple times the soles have disintegrated sitting in my climate controlled house. None of my other shoes do this.

Dont know about these specifically, but ecco themselves are usually good for long standing. I've used the helsinki's before. Also a pharmbro.
