It was a lightning deal that ended. About an hour ago, it said only 51% claimed but still wouldn't let me order it and now it's back to "regular" price.

These are two entirely different ways to cook. Your IP will not produce steaks/lamb/chicken like a sous vide cooker can.

Great deal according to 3camel. However, comparing sous vide with InstantPot, I'd pick IP any day. Super fast meals, not picky, and way more options.
