As far as the nag at open for 2017, you can fix by editing the quser.ini file and change ExecNum=1 to ExecNum=-999. This will give you 1,000 openings before it nags you again.

Moneydance is $50 period. Same connectivity options as Quicken. It does 99.9% of what Quicken does without holding users hostage to the subscription model.
