???? As far as i know, this is plastic based. It wont dry your scalp, but there is a chance that your head will hurt if placed on your head for prolonged hours. 😜

I just use my Echo Dot for sleep sounds. Plus all the other stuff it does. Dedicated sleep machines are kinda unnecessary now. Just my .02 cents.
