Well, that one ships from China, so you’re looking at 2-4 weeks. The amazon one is Prime. Apart from that, cannot comment on the difference.

I would suggest keeping the dashboard that came with you vehicle. It probably serves as a firewall as well as a sound deterrent.

The hairclip style on that one doesn't seem as convenient. The style OP posted, I can take the phone on/off with one hand pretty easily, not sure about the hairclip one.

I have the amazon tablet 8" on one of these and it doesn't sag. But keep in mind, this version OP posted is for phones only since the mount only stretches 3" wide.
Also note, it wobbles a lot so...
