Thanks, after some further reading (mostly from firearm laser reports) green is supposedly easier for the eye to see (even outdoors). Green lasers also require twice as much power compared to red...

that is wildly inaccurate. green is better visibility even in bright light (such as outside) it is also about 2x the range of the red one

Don't see the point to a 360 non rotary as it's limited by distance... You can just spin this one on it's own axis.
