They all have software IPD and it just shifts pixels so there really isn't much a difference. That said, Samsung's Odyssey has physical IPD adjustments so..... yeah.

You need a decent computer. A newer Gen i5 should be fine, more important you'll probably want a graphics card around the GTX1060 to be good now and hopefully for a good 2-4 years hope the road.
