The N3060 is basically the worst CPU you can buy in a Windows machine in 2018.. even with an SSD this thing would be suuuuuper uncomfortable to use w/ the N3060+4gb combo I'd recommend a hard pass...

fyi, i have a dell inspiron 1525 with core2duo T5790, and i installed windows 10 on it. Installed a 1TB HDD also and it runs fine. I dont feel slowness. Startup takes about 30 seconds but after that...

Windows 10 would be fine with this processor if you add an SSD. As is though, agree it will feel sloooww.
