That's my question. Other than the metal of the screwdriver's head or bit being softer than the screw, one of the main way that screws are stripped is simply due to using the wrong size and type bit....

I got this and tried it out, but calculated it only was 134x times as effective as a regular screwdriver. Maybe it’s just a typo, but either way I returned it for an extreme refund.

I just watched part of the video on Sears, the 143X grip is using the magnetic collar (it slides out to surround the bit) to hold the screw/bolt/nut VS using a a regular bit driver insert.
