If you're looking for a receiver in that price range go for the Onkyo tx-rz810 $599.00 they only made some slight changes when they went to the Onkyo tx-rz820.

No. That's still a good receiver and I wouldn't be surprised if it sounded better than the newer ones. Only upgrade if you have to (If you want Atmos or 4K switching). If you need networking...
