I have this jacket and pant liner and can confirm. These work well. They really take the edge off. I'm from Oregon, so I might go out if it's 45f in the morning and dry.

Can 100% recommend the glove and boot liners. Glove liners werent too bulky for me to need to up size my Sedici gloves (unlike what the reviews say). Both have worked great for me for 20-30* rides...
