Yes you can and it can change a newer phone pretty quick. I use the 20100 one on LG V20 and love it. Very fast.

Not true, I have the 20000 one and use either a normal USB 3 cable or USC-C cable depending on the device. It charges my LG V20 phone on USC-C cable pretty fast. These are excellent chargers.
