I too can confirm an open m.2. Just purchased via ebay from Acer for the same price. Works like a dream on the m.2 and the screen is gorgeous and bright. Runs lightroom no problem, PS is slow though....

This is too heavy to me......I'd prefer the 13.3 version but that is priced at least $450+....or $600 for the Costco version with gen 8 I5.. I'd get one if they offer the 13.3 with an I3 for $370...

It does have an open m.2 slot. Just be aware that it does not come with the screw to hold the m.2 drive down. You will have to find / buy one. I made the purchase yesterday, installed the m.2...

yup, exactly at this price, but slightly lower specs. intel 4200, 4gb, 128gb but it's an m2.
