Spoke with SYW; they claim must wait 7 days post delivery for points. They're...sure...they'll come.

I purchased 3 separate orders, using gift cards, and seven days has now come, and have received no points yet. I will be contacting reps tomorrow to "straighten" things out :shake:

They are a piece of work. Did you forward the email receipt showing the points? That should be all you need. Its confirmation of what was on the web paged, as shown on your order. What a mess.
