own this card for years and hate they charged the fee.
every time to call to cancel, they offered $95 refund, so I still have the card .. LOL

You're confusing two different cards.
$650 (toward a phone) was the signup on the AT&T Access More card... which is no longer offered to new applicants (and hasn't been for almost 2 years now)

Not sure about TU premier but when i applied for ATT Access card 2 yrs back, it had a preety good sign up bonus of $650 when you spend $2K in 3 months

While that is true both that card and its signup bonus are pretty crappy, so I can't imagine why you'd get one unless you'd already run through the tons of better signup offers available elsewhere.

Bonus ThankYou Points are not available if you have had a ThankYou Preferred, ThankYou Premier or Citi Prestige card opened or closed in the past 24 months.

I did. At that time there was a promotion, extra 20% on the transfer, so I converted 6250 MR pts to 7500 Avios. It is 1:1 at the moment.

Amex MR to Avios is 1:1...and occasionally they run 20-40% transfer bonuses too
Amex charges a fee of $0.0006 per point, with a maximum fee of $99- so $4.50 cents for 7500 points.
