This is by design. I think Walgreens uses a silver metal, which can still look good depending on the photo. There are ones that so a bright white metal.

Hence leaving it there... Or are you referring to the white? If you print it on metal it doesn't print white.

Yes, metal will show through. it prints directly on the metal. as stated before the white doesn't print, is actually silver... Just picked mine up... left it there. Metal has about a half inch...

I ordered 11x14 and it came out very nice. Much better than the other canvas prints I ordered from other Canvas print sites. Going to order few more as it is an awesome deal.
