I'm needing a new car and am clueless about the "deal". You seem to know what you're talking about and I couldn't find a thread on carbuying/negotiating tactics.

Such ignorance from somebody who is as old as you are and claims to know about cars. Yes, I have the skills to thoroughly check out cars, but 99% people do not. Good luck in finding an honest or...

So much laziness on your end for someone who claims to do their own oil changes, it's rather odd. You should definitely stick to buying new cars from dealers and doing alleged oil changes in your...

You just proved my point that most people do not do their own changes, hence you could have a damaged engine with a used vehicle. An alignment check can show you if it has had frame damage. You...

Nissans are junk, whether you buy them new or used. Most don't do their own oil changes. You are conflating design flaws with normal wear and tear. Completely different. We know Nissan...

Three years of abuse on a car is a lot for any car. Take the 2015 Encore we had. We got free oil changes and waited until the oil life was less than 5%. The oil was super black and did not smell...

3 years is absolutely nothing for a Toyota, and honestly 3 yrs is nothing for any modern car. If you are worried about buying a vehicle that was in an accident, don't buy a vehicle that was in an...

Three years can be a long time on a vehicle. Case in point, I had a 2 year lease on a Nissan Hardbody truck, which was is super reliable. I was very abusive on it (I was younger and dumber). I...

following points i agree with you on: - buy a reliable vehicle which will last you a long time - Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler/FCA transmissions are hit and miss for sure. i will add though, so were Honda...

I am just saying if you buy a new car to keep for a long time, then not a bad deal. If you pick a reliable car that needs minimal work to keep it going 20 years, even better! Your chances of...

Nothing you said has any relevance to my statement though. In fact, you then made a following statement which supports what I said but is still not very relevent. Are you doing ok? lol

Not if you keep the car for 20-25 years. I am rocking my mom's 1995 Maxima and it is better than a lot of the new cars out there. Better NVH than a brand new Camry!

We are not that lucky here in GA. We have to pay tax on the full vehicle price with a lease. Then if we want to buy the car at the end of the lease, we have to pay tax again! Such a rip-off.

I created another one with one of the prices. Sorry I have not posted on here in a long time, due to all the hatred that is one the site recently.

I didn't put any price in the blank. I did notice that there was something in the column when I skipped but did not realize it would be on the title. You are a complete joke to SD, being a member...

You not posting here would be welcome in this case. And calling me the idiot isn't helping your case when you're already trying to use that as your own defense. Not adding a price and putting in...
