My solution is when you know you don't have the hub connected to the internet, unplug it and plug it back in. I no longer have any issues once I do that.
Example: I use my phone as a wifi hotspot...

Yeah sorry, the ultimate does do 15, the hub with the non LCD remotes is artificially limited to 8, which is dumb. I wonder if anyone has figured out how to hack that, because it's the same hub...
