I think you’re exactly right... it seems like they gave the second installment the same expiration date as the first. Which in my case was the day before they were even issued. Grrrrrr.

They screwed me over too. I redeemed the first $15 a couple days after I got them, and randomly today they took $15 back as expired, even though my page showed no points expiring for 2 weeks.
